ENTER LIMINOSITY
For Clarity at the Threshold:

A three-sphere approach for capital allocators that removes friction between what you think, feel, and say at the point of deployment.

WHAT IS LIMINOSITY?

Liminosity is a confidential space where capital allocators are free to sharpen their judgement as who they really are, not who they are required to be. It is where deployment decisions move from consideration to clear-eyed commitment and calm acceptance, bringing clarity at the threshold between intention and action.

THE REGULATED ALLOCATOR FRAMEWORK: A THREE-SPHERE APPROACH

Sphere 1— The Body: We start with the body where you will build a precise map of your somatic signals (bodily sensations) and identify predictable patterns so your body becomes a source of decision intelligence rather than noise you've trained yourself to override.Sphere 2 — Your Language: Expand the emotional vocabulary available to you so you can name what your actual emotional state — because you cannot act clearly from a feeling you cannot name.Sphere 3— Your Decision-Making: Starting with objective acknowledgement of "data" from your body, we bring that intelligence into conscious reasoning. This is where you can name without shame what you truly fear about an outcome, weigh it honestly, and move from consideration to commitment with calm acceptance.

WE KNOW THE STAKES

Deployment decisions are shaped in groups, but owned in isolation. If you’re the one who shares the upside but absorbs the downside, you don’t need more opinions—you need clarity.

Family Legacy & Identity
When capital decisions are intertwined with identity, legacy, and multi-generational consequences. The challenge is decision compression under discreet but intense internal pressure.
Political & Reputational
When capital allocation decisions must satisfy internal mandates, navigate organizational politics, and manage external optics. Internal consensus does not guarantee clarity. Career incentives and institutional positioning shape judgment.
Vision Under Constraint
Deployment needs characterized by demand creation requires acting ahead of proof, under conditions where conviction, optimism, and uncertainty coexist. In these moments, personal identity and self-worth can become intertwined with the hoped-for outcome, intensifying both commitment and vulnerability as assumptions shape the path forward.
Independence & Credibility
When capital allocation decisions extend beyond financial exposure into questions of competence, independence, and ongoing credibility, the true risk lies not in loss of capital, but in loss of standing, discretion, and future access.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Who We Support
Liminosity supports those who allocate capital and carry responsibility for its consequences. The work spans private, institutional, and entrepreneurial settings.
How We Support Them
Liminosity helps decision-makers use the full range of their judgment again, not just the parts that feel formally acceptable. This supports clearer decisions under pressure and stronger follow-through in real conversations.
Our Approach
The Liminosity approach is characterized by close listening, disciplined inquiry, and ongoing availability at moments when judgment is most exposed. We facilitate an environment that creates space to surface overlooked assumptions, clarify what is actually at issue, and steady thinking across upcoming conversations and decisions.

Liminosity supports judgment at the point where capital moves from consideration to commitment. Where the challenge is not a lack of information or execution pathways but, the self-trust and acceptance of all plausible outcomes required to move forward. The practice is led by E. Imane Harris. Her work draws from two decades of cross-cultural engagement across transatlantic financial and business environments, on-the-ground presence in Morocco and West Africa's emerging capital landscape, and independent research into how persistent stress states shape executive judgment and allocation decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from York University.
